All Titus Collection orders are carefully prepared and shipped from our Toronto studio.

 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During high-demand periods such as new collection launches or holidays, processing times may extend slightly. We appreciate your patience as each item is carefully handled.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and vary by destination:

• Canada

  • Standard Shipping (2–7 business days): $12

  • Express Shipping (1–3 business days): $25

  • Complimentary standard shipping on orders over $250

• United States

  • Tracked Shipping (4–10 business days): $30

• International

  • Rates start at $50; duties and taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

Titus Collection is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs but will assist where possible.

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate. Additional fees apply for reshipping returned orders due to incorrect addresses.
